Inspections

Prior to the occupancy we collect deposit from the tenant to cover any rent arrears or damage caused to the property. After, the deposit is protected with a government authorised tenancy deposit protection scheme

Tenancy Agreement
|
Depending on the letting term, tenant and property type we will draw up a suitable tenancy agreement. All you need is to sign it - we do the rest

Certificates
|
Before tenance starts we will arrange for a gas safety certificate, energy perfomnce certificate and electrical appliance safety test to be carried out at the property.

Bills
|
On the date of tenants moving into the property we will take the readings for gas and electricity and arrange accounts to be transferred in to the name of the tenant
On the last day of tenancy we will check that the tenants have settled their council tax, and utility bills and submitted the correct meter readings.

|
